We plan to organize music
evenings, from time to time on Friday evenings, during the off-season. We'd love to welcome traditional French "chansons" singers mostly, music, singing, poetry in groups or solo The evening would be split into two parts: a buffet meal and then the show itself. The only aim being to spend a nice evening in a simple and warm atmosphere. |

We will suggest cooking workgroups on Fridays, depending on seasons with as possible themes: charcuterie, syrups and sorbets, how to cut and cook poultry, how to cut and cook vegetables, how to use wild flowers and plants in gastronomy, how to make bread and pastry and chestnuts in every states. |
